  KOSHER CERTIFICATION

  Kosher certification plays a very important role in increasing the sales of a food company. "Kosher" shall mean that a product complies with the kosher dietary laws, restrictions and regulations, as determined by the OU in its sole discretion.   BRC

  The demands for the BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard Food Issue 5 are high, and with good reason. The Global Standard is an internationally recognized standard for food manufacturers and purveyors aimed at assisting them in producing safe, legal and quality products. It has been developed to cover manufacturers of non-food consumer goods that are sold through the retail industry. The BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials was designed to protect consumers by establishing requirements and criteria for the evaluation of packaging suppliers of private label products to the retail market.   FDA CERTIFICATION

  The U.S. FDA regulates food, beverages, and dietary supplements intended for consumption in the United States by humans or other animals. U.S. FDA food facility registration is required for all companies that manufacture, process, pack, or store food, beverages, or dietary supplements that may be consumed in the United States.
